There is no single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom websites for your small business.
We initially send a proposal after we have researched and looked at your current website or if this is a new project after we have had an in-depth conversation with you. After the discovery stage of information building, we will finalise the proposal as a quotation.
Based on all the information we receive, the quotation may be higher or lower than the proposal. Our average project is within the $4000-5000 range but can be more or less depending on the needs.
On average, we like a six to eight-week turnaround, but the pace of any project depends on each client’s ability to send what we require. We understand that you are as busy as we are. We like to work to a schedule and ask that you work with us within these time frames to keep the project flowing.
We use some pretty great tools through WordPress, and we feel it is a great content management system that now powers more than 30% of the web. Its massive market share is due to its flexibility and ease of use. So don’t worry; we’ll teach you how to manage it and help you in the future.
We can and have used other platforms and will discuss your options based on the information we receive from you. In addition, we are not limited to just CMS systems; a custom-coded website can be designed for you also.

A lot! Your input and feedback are crucial to this process. The initial 2-4 weeks is about you providing us with the information to make your website successful. Our system works in stages, and we suggest you don’t jump the gun until we request what we require through each step of the project.
Usually, that is you. You are the expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we can recommend copywriters who can help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost. We also recommend that you take advantage of ChatGPT to help with your content; however, you must check the output of that content fully.
It is essential to know that each of our projects has a monthly maintenance programme. We have this in place so that you know we take the best care of your website monthly. We do not just design, then hand you the keys and walk away. We make sure you are getting the best value from your website.
